1. What we collect

The contact form. If you submit the form we store the name, email address, and message you provide, together with a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address. The hash exists solely to rate-limit submissions and cannot be reversed to recover your address.

Server logs. The web server records requests in the ordinary way: IP address, timestamp, requested path, referrer, and user agent. These are retained by the hosting provider under its own schedule.

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Nothing loads and no analytics cookie is written until you accept the consent banner; if you decline or ignore it, no analytics script runs at all. If you accept, Google receives your IP address, the pages you view, and a randomly generated identifier stored in the _ga cookies. Google acts as our processor for this, under its own terms. 2. Why we process it

To answer the messages you send us (our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence), to protect the form against abuse (our legitimate interest in security), and to keep the site running.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use device fingerprinting or third-party advertising, and we do not use analytics to build advertising profiles. Apart from the consent-gated analytics described above, the site issues no requests to any external host; its Content-Security-Policy forbids them.

4. Retention

Contact submissions are kept until they are no longer needed to answer you, and then deleted. Server logs rotate on the hosting provider's schedule.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or erase the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Use the contact form to exercise any of these.

6. Transfers

The site is hosted in Germany. Data you submit is stored there.

7. Changes

We may revise this policy. The revision date is shown at the foot of this page.
